Sponsored Review: Estetica Skincare Products!

Friday, July 05, 2013

So I blogged about Estetica a couple weeks back, where i've had the BEST facial ever.

To me having the great facial = results that actually show and lasts.
And so far, none of the places that I've been to really really gave me as awesome results as what i've experienced in my one session of Estetica's Brillage Radiance Facial!

You can read it right here if you haven't and want to know what the big hooha is about (:

I mentioned that i brought back 2 Est.Lab products from Estetica to try as well and i really wanted to review it since they have quickly became a must-have in my skincare regime, i have first tried their sunscreen which was in my february Black Box and i would say that i was pretty impressed by it then so i was pretty excited to whip them out of their pretty packaging and start using them!

estetica product 3

LumiWhite Brightening Facial Scrub (30ml) & LumiWhite Brightening Fluid SPF 20 (30ml)

This two products was recommended to me by my therapist after the treatment, basically I have sensitive and dull and oily yet dehydrated skin, the LumiWhite range targets to revitalize & brighten dull skin.

estetica product 1

I love the packaging! So pretty, the pump *forget the name of the type of pump* ensures that the very last of the product in the packaging would be able to be pumped up and not a drop will be wasted.

I use this LumiWhite Brightening Fluid as a day moisturizer as it contains SPF20, the milky texture is neither too runny nor too thick thus is was absorbed very quickly into my skin upon application and pat pat a little here and there and no greasy eeky feel!

I mentioned that i have sensitive, oily yet dehydrated skin, when facing with sensitive skin, the key is really hydration plus the fact that i have dehydrated skin, the moment my skin is not well-moisturized it would get crazy oily as the oil glands in my skin would be working twice as hard. o.0 the *horrors of the oily frying pan face*

It also contains natural botanical ingredients to help brighten my skin while reduce and protect your skin from harmful uv rays etc!

estetica product 2

My skin is pretty dull because I was pretty lazy to do scrubs as my home skin care regime previously,
so my therapist also recommended the LumiWhite Brightening Facial Scrub.

It comes in a pretty tub packaging, first look at it before i opened the cap was..
"OH-NO! i hate products in a tub!!!"

You know like body scrub in a tub, face scrub in a tub, night creams in a tub ecetera ecetera? Everytime i use products packaged in tubs i feel massively grossed out because i think it is SO unhygenic! Why can everything come in a squeeze bottle or something. It'll make the world such a better place.

#FirstWorldProblems #LOL #JustKiddingI'mNotAPrincess #ButNotKiddingCosTubProductsReallyGrossesMeOut.

But the therapist opened the cap and to my pleasant surprise, to use the product-
all you have to do is press down the sides of the tub and the product comes up from the middle,
no eeky fingers double dipping into tubs to dig out all the products! *thumbs up*

estetica product 4

Yes here's my huuuge post estetica facial glowy face using the LumiWhite Brightening Facial Scrub,
I've been using this twice a week or at least once a week for about 1.5 months now, looooooving it!
they are using jojoba beads, do you know some facial/body scrub's beads are "triangle-shaped"? - which could potentially scratch or harm your skin!!

Jojoba beads are rounded and very safe as a scrub so i really have nothing to complain
about other than my dull skin is dull no more. :P

Exfoilating and getting rid of all the dead skin is very very important as a pre-skincare regime step! If you have lots of dead skin on the surface of your skin, can you imagine when you're applying your 3-step skin care or for some people 8-step skin care?! you're just piling it on and your skin does not fully absorb all the goodness since all the dead skin is just there and absorption will obviously NOT be 100%!

And yes, another of my huuuge post estetica facial glowy face.
